Kasser offers a portfolio of proven RIB hulls to which clients individual requirements are custom designed to complete.  Kasser Rigid Aluminium Hulls are overbuilt to last. Built of marine grade aluminium with folded transverse frames and full length stringers. All are CAD designed and cut to minimise tolerances. Pontoons are made of inners, vulcanised butynl bladder compartments separately valved, and outers, Hypalon + 1620 triple seamed material for the ultimate in strength and UV protection. Pontoons are tapered for aesthetics and mechanically attached to the hull. The systems used by Kasser offers the optimum in RIB design. The pontoon system allows complete exploitation of the deep V hull configuration with a progressive dead rise providing excellent ride, with stability at rest. The mechanically fixed pontoons offer flexibility, which ensures the maximum shock absorbing effect for the hull and water deflection for the vessel underway.
